One of our favourite things to do when travelling is to try all the local fare. Based on people’s suggestions and the fact that these two drinks are served at literally every restaurant you go to in Bermuda, we definitely had our fair share of these two drinks while on the island. I was partial to the Rum Swizzle with its slightly sweeter taste and my husband loved the dark and stormy, a strong rum and ginger beer mix. Here is how you make these signature drinks, I know we will be bringing them back when we are longing for vacation over the cold winter months.
8 oz Gosling’s Black Seal Rum
6 dashes Angostura Bitters
juice of 2 lemons
5 oz pineapple juice
5 oz orange juice
2 oz grenadine syrup
Shake over ice and pour into glass with ice and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
2 oz Gosling’s Black Seal Rum
8 oz Ginger Beer
Enjoy!

Looks delish!! I think this should be the cocktail of choice for next Saturday
Done and done, great idea~ xo K
Sounds delicious!! One of my favourite parts of travelling is getting to try the local food. We also try to bring back a bottle of their local/signature alcohol!
