Sunglasses – Tom Ford, Blouse – Joe Fresh, Skirt – Banana Republic, Purse – Vintage, Shoes – H&M

Sometimes you find an item that you know you will wear a lot. That is the case with everything I am wearing in this outfit. I find I am constantly reaching for this black and white silk blouse because it makes any outfit polished but it is still interesting. I am completely in love with the fit, length and neutral colour of this skirt, and have already worn it a couple times since I picked it up. The most recent piece here are these amazing heels, which I spotted over on one of my fellow canadian bloggers here, and lucked out to find the very  last pair in the store in my size a couple weeks ago. The ankle strap is always a favourite with me, and the wider heel makes these sandals comfy for an entire work day, definitely making them winners in my book.

Remixed Maxi

Sunglasses – Ray Ban, Shirt – Aritzia, Skirt – Urban Outfitters, Clutch – J. Crew, Watch – Fossil, Sandals – Sam Edelman

I bought this skirt back in the fall when I was dying to add a fall coloured maxi to my wardrobe (see winter styling here). However, I think I like it even better now that the warm weather is finally here. This outfit is exactly how I like to feel on a summer night, relaxed yet still a little bit pulled together. I had never thought to tie some of my boyfriend fit shirts at the waist before, but realized this is a great way to mix and match the pieces I already have, and give an outfit a nice, relaxed, summer feel.

Long Sleeved Florals

Sunglasses – Tom Ford, Bag – Coach, Dress – Old Navy, Belt – Aritzia, Heels – Aldo

When I spotted this dress on the weekend, I knew I wanted to take it home with me. My girlfriend and I both immediately noticed how similar the print was to the fun capris that J.Crew just put out, but at a much more wallet friendly price point for something I won’t wear too often. I am a huge fan of long sleeved dresses like this, because they feel completely office appropriate, but always breezy and spring like.

To me, this dress is literally spring in print, what have you picked up recently that  makes you feel like spring is finally here?

Casual Green

Sunglasses – Ray Ban, Top – Loft, Bag – Rebecca Minkoff, Bracelet – J.Crew, Pants – Gap, Shoes – Winners

I am so in love with these pants, I don’t know why I didn’t think of it sooner, but the only thing more comfortable and cute on the weekend than boyfriend jeans, is a boyfriend fit chino. As you know, I have a pretty extensive coloured jean collection, but these are my first coloured khakis and I love them. They are such a fun twist on your standard issue khaki pants, and I pretty much lived in them all weekend. I highly suggest picking up yourself a pair (or two, I also got a more neutral grey) and I would love to know how else you would style them. Next up for me is pairing them with some peep toe heels for a dressier spin.
